AGRAVO EM AGRAVO DE INSTRUMENTO EM RECURSO DE REVISTA - REGÊNCIA PELA LEI Nº 13.467/2017 - PRESCRIÇÃO. DOENÇA OCUPACIONAL. DATA DA CIÊNCIA INEQUÍVOCA DA LESÃO. SÚMULA 126 DO TST - INDENIZAÇÃO POR DANOS MORAIS. RECURSO DE REVISTA EM QUE NÃO FORAM ATENDIDOS OS PRESSUPOSTOS PREVISTOS NO § 1º-A DO ART. 896 DA CLT. Mantida a decisão mediante a qual se negou seguimento ao agravo de instrumento, embora por fundamento diverso. Agravo a que se nega provimento.
