AGRAVO EM AGRAVO DE INSTRUMENTO EM RECURSO DE REVISTA - REGÊNCIA PELA LEI Nº 13.467/2017 - NULIDADE DO ACÓRDÃO DO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL POR NEGATIVA DE PRESTAÇÃO JURISDICIONAL. ART. 896, §2º, DA CLT - PRESCRIÇÃO. EXECUÇÃO INDIVIDUAL DE SENTENÇA COLETIVA - DESFUNDAMENTADO À LUZ DO ART. 896, §2º, DA CLT - TRANSCENDÊNCIA NÃO RECONHECIDA. Não merece reparos a decisão monocrática por meio da qual foi negado seguimento ao agravo de instrumento. Agravo a que se nega provimento.
