AGRAVO EM AGRAVO DE INSTRUMENTO EM RECURSO DE REVISTA DA RECLAMADA - RECURSO DE REVISTA FUNDAMENTADO APENAS EM DIVERGÊNCIA JURISPRUDENCIAL. ARESTOS INSERVÍVEIS A TEOR DA ALÍNEA A DO ARTIGO 896 DA CLT. TRANSCENDÊNCIA NÃO RECONHECIDA. Mantida a decisão mediante a qual se negou seguimento ao agravo de instrumento, embora por fundamento diverso. Agravo a que se nega provimento.
